Planning a visit

The attraction is suitable for all children however, it is primarily suited for 3-10 year old's. Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. An adult is classed as aged 18 and over. Children are classed as aged 17 and under. Children under the age of 3 do not need to buy a ticket. Adult only evenings will be planned and communicated on the website once the attraction is open.

The attraction will open for summer 2018. Our open date will be confirmed closer to the summer. If you have purchased a first to play pass then you will be sent an email with an invite to pre-book a time to visit before we open to the general public.

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours.

The centre has been designed with your needs in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.


Please note that for all of our rides, guests must be able to transfer to the ride vehicle with or without carer assistance. All of our rides also require guests to be able to sit upright unaided in order to ride.
Please note ALL adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Nights).

We do not provide wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction.

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre who are trained in first aid.

We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

Tickets for Carers
There is no disabled rate but if a member of your party is registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.

We are pleased to be able to offer VIP and Premium pass holders entrance from opening. To guarantee entry a booking system will be in place with a £1pp fee, once bookings are open we will let you all know the link.
Standard pass holders will be able to access the attraction from 3rd September onwards and the same booking mechanism will apply.

LEGOLAND Windsor and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre are two different experiences. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is the ultimate indoor attraction, aimed at children aged 3-10. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is a 2-3 hour experience. The attraction has 2 rides, a 4 cinema, MINILAND, LEGO themed play areas, Master Model Builder workshops and much more.
